J2 Y-haplogroup

Haplogroup J (Y-DNA)
J is a Middle Eastern haplogroup, divided into the northern J2 and the southern J1. J2 is by far the most common variety in Europe.
J2 originated in northern Mesopotamia, and spread westward to Anatolia and southern Europe, and eastward to Persia and India.
J2 is related to the Ancient Etruscans, (Minoan) Greeks, southern Anatolians, Phoenicians, Assyrians and Babylonians.
Many authors have noted this maritime or littoral spread of Haplogroup J2. Looking at J2, and specifically at J2a's frequencies from East to West, certainly provides ample support for a maritime spread of J2 into Europe from its origin in the Northern Fertile Crescent.
One word of caution - although J1 and J2 are haplogroups commonly found among men with Jewish ancestry, those haplogroups are not only "Jewish"; you can be J2 or J2a1b without having any Jewish ancestry in your paternal line.

J2a (M410)
J2a1b (M67 (S51)) (formerly J2f) M67 (defining haplogroup J2a1b) is also a marker for the Near Eastern farmers in Europe. In J2a1b the designation M67/S51 means that these two SNPs are identical but were discovered separately.
J2b (M12)

Using this haplogroup predictor the above tested Hiestand/Heaston/Hagen/Haston have a 100%, 80%, and 88% probability of being J2a1b

Haplogroup R1b is the most frequently occurring Y-chromosome haplogroup in Western Europe, parts of central Eurasia. Western Europe is dominated by the R1b1b2 (R-M269) branch of R1b.

Die DNS-Genealogie

Heißen Sie Hiestand? Sind Sie männlich (Y-Chromosom)? Also, machen Sie mit!

Mithilfe der DNS-Analyse kann festgestellt werden, ob ein gemeinsamer männlicher Vorfahr existiert.

Ich vermute, dass alle Hiestand Namensträger einen gemeinsamen Ahnen im 14. oder 15. Jahrhundert haben mussten, was aber wegen fehlender Dokumente nicht bestätigt werden konnte.

z.B. Gibt es jemanden, der mit einem Andern in allen 37 YDNS-Marker übereinstimmte. Das bedeutet, dass die Beide zu 90% über die letzten fünf Generationen einen gemeinsamen Vorfahren haben.
